I suggest an initial 30-minute telephone/Zoom consultation before booking appointments. This allows the client and me the opportunity to meet and greet to ensure that we can engage together in the counsellor/client working alliance.

The fee is a one-off charge of £25 for each individual and the cost is refunded after the assessment if a referral/signposting is recommended, or if the client/counsellor fit is not mutually agreed.

I practice in Shrewton from Monday to Wednesday, and in Stockbridge, Hampshire on Thursday and Friday, 09:30–18:30. Contact me for more details.

I recommend six sessions with clients with a review at week six. However, sessions can be mutually agreed, due to personal finances.

Preferably sessions are held on the same day and time (weekly/fortnightly) for continuity.

Our work together will be regularly reviewed to monitor the process, and I encourage my clients to voice their opinions as part of our collaborative journey.

 

The work is tailored to the client's needs with their best interests and wellbeing as my priority to honour my core values of providing trust and integrity.

I provide long and short-term counselling. During long-term counselling, the frequency of sessions is mutually agreed to suit the clients’ needs and finances.

​

Monthly maintenance sessions are offered to clients concluding long-term counselling, supporting their transition to independent management. These sessions assist clients to adjust to ending regular counselling, focusing on achieving goals and managing change. The process is tailored to each client's individual pace and includes regular check-ins as part of the therapeutic framework.

50% for cancellations and DNAs for 24 hrs notice.
