About me

Counselling individuals and couples

I'm excited you found my page, let me tell you about me and what you can expect.

As a qualified professional and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with individuals and couples face to face, on-line and phone (couples face to face or on-line only.

As of October 2022 I will be providing counselling services to Newbury and Salisbury areas - with free parking available at both locations.

I am totally committed to my work as a counsellor. I use empathic listening skills to understand the issues that are presented. I work collaboratively to connect with the individual or couple as a partnership. I have helped and supported persons from all levels of society to guide them through their issues. I work non-judgmentally, facilitating you to take control of your journey towards new beginnings.

I am a Relate trained couple counsellor, and I structure the work to help improve levels of communication and intimacy, to encourage a healthier bond in marriage and relationships.

Adult relationship counselling can also beneficially support direction through the challenges of divorce and separation, especially when emotions are running high to help uncover the path of autonomy and self-rediscovery.

I also work with my dog as a volunteer for Therapy Dogs Nationwide (TDN) visiting the Harrier Grange Care Home in Andover, Hampshire. Regular visits enable the residents to sit with Koda (my dog) to share their wonderful stories about animals they have had. It's so rewarding to all involved!
